She has been practising Yoga for over 20 years and is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Professional Yoga Therapist, Golf Fitness Coach, Mental Game Coach, Advanced Hypnotherapist and Master Practitioner of NLP. She has over 27 years experience in Performance and Motivation Coaching and an in-depth training in Mind-Body therapies and Stress Management.
